IN HOME CONSULTATION
Whether you have a Kitchen Renovation in mind or a new home you can't wait to furnish, our In-Home Consultation is the perfect opportunity to meet 1-on-1 and discuss. We will go over the scope of your project, design goals and budget.
You may just need some professional design advice to get started on your own- and that's ok too!
We will have up to 2Hrs to go over layout possibilities, furniture sizing, colour schemes and more.
($450 + hst)

FULL SERVICE DECORATING
Whether you are looking to reimagine your current space or furnish a new home, we're here to help you from start to finish. We'll start with a blank slate and work our magic to create a space that's both beautiful & functional and meets all of our client needs.
Our Full Service Decorating projects always begin with an In-Home Consultation where we will discuss your decorating goals.
($450 + hst)
From here we will be able to provide you with a quote & timeline for our services.

We will take care of all of the sourcing for furniture & decor, vision boards, budget spreadsheets & ordering. When all of your items arrive we will arrange all of the furniture & decor for you to complete your space.

Our Full service bedrooms, living Rooms, dining rooms & basements require a $12K minimum budget per room for furniture and decor.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Our Full Service Design experience takes our clients from conception to completion. We brainstorm with our clients, create a design plan and select all of the finishes & materials for the project.
We take the lead on all of the the project management- sourcing materials, orders & co-ordinating trades. We will also be present for on-site visits throughout the renovation process.

E-DESIGN + MOODBOARDS
This online service is perfect for clients looking to achieve a polished designer look at a fraction of the price.
We will help you put your vision together and deliver it straight to your inbox. We can usually turn around these designs 2-3 weeks. ($800 + hst) *per room
Out of town? No problem! We can work with you virtually.
Each Online Package Includes:

A Phone meeting to review our Client Design Questionnaire + your inspirational photos

Moodboards to help you visualize your space with all of the recommended furniture, lighting, decor, wall treatments & window treatments. You will be provided with multiple options to choose from in each category.

A list of notes with any helpful tips & tricks we can offer pertaining to your design.
This option is available to anyone in North America & makes an amazing gift!

DESIGN CENTRE PACKAGE
My experience working for a large Home builder & in multiple Design Centres will be an asset in helping you through the Design selections process.
Whether you're a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, I will help you make smart decisions that will add value to your home. I will show you where it's worth upgrading now with your builder and where you can save and make modifications down the road.
This Builder Home package includes:

& electrical plans.

1Hr Virtual/Phone meeting to go over your Kitchen & Bathroom drawings and make recommendations on layout modifications.

1Hr Virtual/Phone meeting to go over your design Inspiration for the material selections in your home. We will narrow down what you're looking for before heading to the Design Centre.

Let's be honest your friends & family don't always give the best advice. You may have found yourself second guessing purchases in the past- That's where I come in to the picture!
I'm here to help you source furniture & decor that will stand the test of time and save you money in the long run. You will be able to feel confident in your selections based on our professional advice.
I'll help you figure out which items to splurge on and where we can save, all while staying within your budget.
