PROJECT NEWLAND

When this Family's Basement was hit by a flood they were forced to do a full gut of their 1960's Basement. This was a blessing in disguise as it had not been redecorated since the 60's - We took advantage by redesigning it!

With the client's changing needs we created a space perfect for 3 generations to share. We lightened the dark space up and updated all of the furniture.

We stuck with the client's wishes for a more classic look.  The new space includes a gas fireplace, raised ceilings, new flooring, furniture and decor.

This Project was also the recipient of an Award in 2019 from the Decorators & Designers Association of Canada in the Category of - Interiors including Construction Under 45K
